All pieces are made-to-order and may require between 6-8 weeks from payment to delivery for international orders, and between 4-6 weeks for local orders. Ordering time may be extended during sales and holiday periods, in which case we seek your kind understanding during these peak seasons.

International Order Deliveries

Midas Noir ships internationally via FedEx. All shipments outside of Singapore may be subject to import charges (duties, customs tariffs and government service tax) which are set by the destination country. Taxes and tariffs imposed by your country will be borne by the recipient; the international shipping fees excludes these fees.

Local Order Deliveries

Doorstep delivery is valid from Mondays to Fridays, 1pm to 9pm. We will contact you at least one week in advance from target delivery date to arrange a delivery date and time with you, but we will not be able to proceed with the delivery without your contact details. Please ensure you provide either an email address or mobile number during sign-up.

Promotions held on our website www.midasnoir.com are exclusive to our online retail presence and are not applicable to any physical boutique presence unless explicitly stated.

Products sold cannot be refunded. However Midas Noir reserves the right to allow, on a case-by-case basis and at its sole discretion, an exchange of items of equal or higher value, subject to a top-up for the difference in price if the item chosen is of a higher value.

Due to their unique natures, Customized and Couture products are excluded from any exchange policies barring defective or incorrect manufacturing.

Product Defects & Errors

Midas Noir prides itself on accuracy and high quality in its products and will rigorously check all items before send-out. However we apologise if we have inadvertently sent you a defective or incorrect item.

For international orders, please email us with pictures and details of the defect within 2 months from the date that the order was placed, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you once we receive the defective item.

For local doorstep deliveries, please inspect the item to confirm it is correct and in good condition before accepting it from our courier; if this is not possible at the time, please email us with pictures and details of the defect within 7 days of receiving the item and we will arrange for an exchange wiith a correct, defect-free item.

Defects do not include natural variations in colour or characteristics for gemstones, as these are beyond the control of the company.

Midas Noir will reimburse shipping cost incurred for defective/incorrect item(s) sent to you. Please note that we will only proceed with the return if the item was purchased directly from our website.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes and listed in Singapore Dollars by default. We accept Paypal payments and debit/credit card transactions via their secure card payment gateway.

All Midas Noir collection jewellery is proudly handmade made with natural gemstones and 18-karat gold vermeil - an overlay of gold on a foundation of quality sterling silver. You may maximize wear by observing some simple practices:

1. Store your gold vermeil jewellery in an airtight environment when not in use, and wear only after applying all perfumes and lotions.

2. Avoid bathing and swimming while wearing your jewellery, as well as chlorine, mercury and other chemicals as they may permanently damage or discolor both the gemstones and the gold finish.

3. To clean gold vermeil jewelry, gently buff with a soft and dry cloth of either cotton or microfiber. Avoid chemical cleaners as they can strip the gold finish and damage the gemstones.

4. It is natural for gold vermeil jewelry to acquire a patina over time; it adds character to the item and makes it as individual as you are. Alternatively, you can sought gold re-plating services from us or any other reputable jeweller to keep your gold vermeil looking brand-new.

If your fitting requirements for any of the jewellery pieces fall outside of our exisiting size selections, please do not hesitate to contact us and state your required size. While it may take us a little longer to deliver an item that is slightly off-template, in most cases it is still a feasible order and we will be glad to assist you accordingly.

For rings, please provide your ring size in accordance with US sizing standards.

For bracelets, anklets and necklaces, please provide your desired length in inches.

If you desire an existing design in a gemstone, metal type or gold-colour finish not currently featured in our catalog, feel free to contact us quoting the collection name and type of the item(s) - with pictures if deemed necessary - alongside your unique requirements, and we will gladly assist you in determining its feasibility, pricing effects and other likely considerations.

Requests for completely unique, one-off items will be placed under our Couture category, including requests based on a customer's own design(s). In either case, a prior face-to-face consultation is recommended for which you may email us to make an appointment.

At Midas Noir, we will be glad to offer suggestions or alternatives for features in a customer's own designs that might potentially impact practicality or manufacturability. Nonetheless, we reserve the right to decline any customization request that is ultimately deemed unfeasible.

In the interest of maintaining creative integrity, Midas Noir will not reproduce or replicate any customer's Couture project design for any reason without their express request or permission. However, we reserve the right to publish images of completed Couture projects for marketing and branding purposes.

If any of the information that you have provided to Midas Noir changes or wish to cancel your registration with us, please email us with the correct details.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to third parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as these parties agree to keep this information confidential. 10.1 These Terms of Use are effective until terminated. We may, at any time and for any reason, terminate your access to or use of the Site. If we terminate your access to the Site you will not have the right to bring claims against us or our affiliates with respect to such termination. We and our affiliates shall not be liable for any termination of your access to the Site.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use.

We provide a 12-months warranty against manufacturing defects on all items purchased (Singapore orders only). Manufacturing defects covered under this warranty include re-plating, re-setting of loose stones, stones that have dropped from their settings, and cleaning of jewelry.

This warranty does not cover the loss of stones, damage arising from mis-use of jewellery pieces, or damage arising from any other manner of handling our product that falls outside the constraints of reasonable use and regular wear and tear. Repairs for items whose damage has been determined as falling outside the limits of our warrenty will be subject to a quotation on any repair charges.
